A Message from the Fitzsimmons' Sending Church

Dear Fellow Servants,

It is a double privilege for me to recommend to you the ministry of Dean and Martha Fitzsimmons and family. First of all, Dean is my brother. Therefore, I know him quite well and am still writing a letter of recommendation! Amazing! Seriously, it has been a joy to see Dean and Martha grow in the Lord and in serving Him. It has been often that we have talked over ministry-related issues, and I know the heart he has for serving the Lord. His family is a fine asset to his ministry.

Second, it is the privilege of Washington Baptist Church to be their sending church as they enter this new segment of the Lord's Harvest Field. Our church has always appreciated when Dean's family has been here, and considers it a joy to have this role. Though a fairly small church with a quite full mission budget, and involved in a building program, we voted to send them and support them at $300.00 per month. My wife and I are committed to their ministry, and are also supporting them monthly above that.

I encourage you to open your church and hearts to them - and your billfolds, if God so leads. I believe their ministry and music will bless you, and that the Home Missions to which they are called will prove to be a needy and timely opportunity.
